Starbucks - side

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! Not just because it’s open 24hrs but because the staff is the friendliest most patient) I have came across keep doing what you’re doing guys! You rock!

This places has amazing and incredible staff. They are always very helpful and extremely kind. The coffee and pastry are always warm and fresh.

Clean well managed and the Baristas do a great job slinging fancy drinks both hot or cold

Today I preordered my coffee for a mobile pick up and when I got to the restaurant the store was closed. Probably because it's the day after Thanksgiving. The question is the management did not lock preorders? So I got charged for a coffee that I could not get because the store was closed

Ordered two different drinks through the app and they gave me two of the same ones. I told them and they still made my drink wrong. Had to order a new one.
