Starbucks - side

Today I preordered my coffee for a mobile pick up and when I got to the restaurant the store was closed. Probably because it's the day after Thanksgiving. The question is the management did not lock preorders? So I got charged for a coffee that I could not get because the store was closed

Quite honestly, this location has the friendliest employees of any I have been to, regardless of time of day and how busy they are. The only name I can remember is Patrick, but the whole morning crew (usually there around 8am) is kind and always smiling. It's a great way to start off the day!

I’ve been coming here for months and they make my coffee just how I like it every time!

Ordered two different drinks through the app and they gave me two of the same ones. I told them and they still made my drink wrong. Had to order a new one.

Long drive thru line but moved fast. Employees were pleasant and friendly. Order was correct and tasted great.
