I love this spot. I got once maybe twice a week when it’s cold outside. I normally always end up getting the special because they never fail to put out an amazing special. But I love the tonkastu as a basic if you just need some comfort food. I also love the old fashion they do here

I called to order take-out and specifically asked for the Tantan-San. I asked if they could do it not spicy at all and they said yes. I asked twice to make sure, because I love this ramen but it is extremely spicy. The lady on the phone confirmed that it would not be spicy. Fast-forward, I'm at home with an uneatable soup cooked in the inner circles of Valhalla by Chef Hot Chili Peppers. Gave 2 stars because the soup isn't bad, just unbearably spicy.

Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Vegetarian ramen was perfectly spicy and even better than the last time I was here.

We got the tan-tan ramen (tofu/gluten-free noodles) and the tonkatsu ramen (regular noodles), and for sides we got the Sichuan chicken wings and the salad. The chicken wings were pretty disappointing… virtually no flavor, and they were just sitting in a small pool of chili oil… I also thought the tan-tan ramen was pretty flavorless and bland. Usually tan-tan ramens have way more heat and flavor. Definitely disappointed at the flavors and the high price point. But service was really on point, … – show

The place is small so I would recommend making a reservation. Food and cocktails were great. No parking and a pretty busy area.
