I had an absolutely horrific experience at Coculas. After bringing my food home, I discovered a bug in my order. Disgusted, I went back to the restaurant with the bug to show them, but they refused to believe it was real. What happened next was even worse. As I watched them re-preparing my order, I noticed they didn't discard the contaminated items. Instead, they took the sauces and limes out of the bag and gave them to another customer! The cook, wearing the same gloves he used to handle the contaminated items, continued to cook. This is a severe health hazard and completely unacceptable. I demanded my money back, and the man at the counter threw the money at me, adding insult to injury. This interaction was deeply offensive and upsetting. The hygiene practices at Coculas are appalling. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs—they are not clean at all.

This is a nice restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu offers a good variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, with sopes, tortas, combination platters, and plenty of meat and seafood dishes. Most dishes come with a side of refried beans and rice, and a small green salad with onions and avocado. The Juevos Rancheros and Huevos con Chorizo are tasty and plentiful. You can select corn or flour tortillas. I believe you will find that this venue offers a good value for your money.

Horrible service the workers don't wanna work I stopped by at 10:38 pm and they didn't wanna serve me an my friends

Ordered from here through Door Dash yesterday, the food was terrible this time around. The burrito meat looked like ground beef instead of steak; the salsa was tomato sauce, no onions, cilantro threw it straight in the trash; and the chips were hard as a rock and thicker than normal tortilla chips. I've ordered from here before but this is the first time the food was horrible. I'd be hard pressed to order from this establishment again.

The burrito was cold the outer wrap was not even heated like they wrapped the burrito and wasn't tasty and the refried beans look like it was old. It was not tasty at all and green sauce was not tasty I was hungry and only ate less than half. My husband didn't finish is burrito either . For 36.00 and some odd cents not worth it sorry .
