I do not recommend Atolitos at all and will never use again. Unsafe food. Multiple guests from our party got sick from the food (15+ people). The food was not delivered in containers that can maintain proper temperatures. The staff did not appear experienced in catering or serving at all and were very unprofessional. They did not pay attention to detail and did not follow through on many things we asked them to do/bring for service and set up. Food was mediocre and didn’t impress in the taste department either. After voicing all of our concerns with the owners, we were told that the check had already been cashed and would not refund our meal. Unprofessional, unsanitary, overpriced and underwhelming tasting food. Really disappointing and ownership seems to care more about making money than doing the right thing by customers.
