Pizza Hut - Sicklerville

Worst Place to order from. For some reason they are never open when their other shops are also confused with other shops in the area. Order food an hour before Google said they should close and never got my order or as much as a phone call let me know that they have no time to make it. Really ruined pizza hat for me and my family. Definitely will not order from there again.

Chris is a very good employee. He took care of me after a pizza was undercooked. Right now my kitchen is under renovations so I was unable to fix the issue at home, so I called. He said he knew the employee who was cooking pizzas was still in training, and he will help him more with cooking them which is nice to hear instead of saying whoops, sorry . He also took good care of the issue with me. Great guy!

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed an order for pickup at 6:45 PM, and I was told it would be ready by 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I ended up waiting in the store until 8:30 PM, at which point I asked the staff to check on my order, only for them to struggle to locate it. I overheard them mention that it might have been thrown away! I couldn't believe it—if they had lost my order entirely, I would have received a cold, subpar pizza that had come from the trash. Finally, at 8:45 PM, two hours after my order time, they told me it was ready, although it was still being prepared. My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I wasn’t alone; about 10 other customers were equally dissatisfied.

The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection! A big thanks to Michelle T and the staff, who provided exemplary service to my family and me. We will definitely be returning soon!

The decor is clean and minimalist, the service is very friendly, and the pizza is large!
