Kfc (sin Kwong) - Sibu

It is near to my house area, but i don't like the cashier bcz they r rude sometimes

I am disappointed with this branch although it is nearest to my house. I ordered a set nasi lemak with chicken and the sambal is sour.. I asked the cashier and they told me that is the original smell n taste.. I have ate nasi lemak so many years.. First time ate a sour sambal.. For my knowledge, tht sambal already spoilt whether it is from the supplier. Or keep until spoilt.

Dirty! They scoop the smearing marched potato into its container again!!!!! The staff was not hygienic n professional enough for KFC big name. I ordered a family feast which consisted of coleslaw n marched potato, instead I was given 2 tubs of marched potato. I was not even informed tht coleslaw is not available. Come on la... This is KFC, even mamak stall have better service.

Very very SUPER very bad service! Please talk politely to customer. asking question to the counter staff but she just not directly answer you. What is the point to just shaking your head. No moral. Excuse me. Your bad day is not my bad day. KFC manager at SING KWONG should increase the quality of customer service.

I will not come to this kfc anymore. The food is super duper bad. They sell the cold fries and burger . And this is the only kfc that the chicken is not the taste of the kfc . Its very euwww. I wonder why do they still open.? Not to say the worker there. Humm.. Very rude and use their mouth better than their hands.! Take a very long time to serve , keep talking to each other especially the cashier. Why come to work if u dont want to work.???!!! Not responsible, arrogant and the customer service is oh my god, super duper bad!!!!!!. After a tiring day, hoping to have a nice meal at night but come to the wrong place. Bad choice ever.!!!!
