Kfc (sibu Bus Terminal)

QSR outlet attached to the hotel beside. During my recent visit to this outlet, most of the menu out of stock or unavailable. To be highlight, outlet's cleanliness and food quality is at worrying situation, which should get more effort to improve.

I would like to make a feedback regarding about the staffs in this kfc branch. It has annoyed me very much especially if a fast food restaurant has not able to deliver his service up to par. I went to this particular branch at that time to collect my order. At that time , there wasn't a single customer in the restaurant except me. Im asking if i can take my order by showing my phone , at that time only 2 staffs in the restaurant. One of them are manager, she saw me waiting there, she just turned and walked away without saying anything. Another staff was preparing another order... I just saw my food lying on top of counter, I just took it and walked away... What kind of service is this.... and how she can become a branch manager with this kind of attitude

Really bad and slow service The food also not clean Won’t be back here again second time !

Super duper slow ordering checkout service. Just little queue, approx 4 persons in front of me, I have to wait for almost 20mins. Can not compare with others branch. Within 20mins, I dint see any KFC online self collect order and delivery order. 3 counters there, 2 of them was closed. Please la... how you do business wei.

Bad service, I waited for 30min and they still gave me the wrong meal. Disappointed!!!!!
