Mcdonald's - Shropshire

We’d booked a children’s party and confirmed twice, only to find it was shut ‘for maintenance’ when we arrived as arranged!!!!!!!

Popped in after work, lovely man called Richard served our food, the burger was wrong but Noah was super pleasant and changed it for us. Both were really friendly, polite, well mannered, very impressed.

Stopped on the way back from paint-balling for 40th birthday, and the service was faster than lightning. Well Done!

We were served by young lad called Tom who was very miserable and acted like he really couldn't be bothered and our food was literally thrown down on the table. He acted like he really did not want to be there. Every one has bad days but apparently in the last 24hrs when a family visited his behaviour hasn't improved.

I would like to give a personal shoutout to Arnas at Battlefields Shrewsbury. He was very helpful, polite and friendly and approachable. He exceeded all expectations regarding customer service and answered my specific queries willingly.
