Taco Bell - Shrewsbury

Now, let's talk about the food. No matter what I order, it's always wrong and frankly not good at all. It's time for a new manager who can actually motivate their team to keep cooking until midnight instead of shutting down at 11:15. Just today, my girlfriend went in and they mistakenly added beans to my cheesy Gordita Crunch. Seriously? Beans? I really feel for the owner of this Taco Bell, as they could be making a lot of money if they stayed open later. But as it stands, everything is shut down too early. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. They spilled soda both inside and outside my car. The food was decent, but despite requesting no sour cream on one item, it was still included.

I have never dined at this restaurant, nor do I have any intention of doing so. I'm not sure why I was prompted to rate it, but that was a mistake.

Avoid this place. Food is definitely stale. Every time i get 2 chalupas. One of them is fresh but 2nd one is always cold and hard shell. This time i was excited to try Mexican Pizza but the crunch was definitely expires and tasted stale. Worst foodservice.

Avoid this place at all cost. Workers aren't interested in serving you properly, not only did they mess up my order but provided stale food which had to be thrown in thrash. Save your hard earned time and money.
