Charleys Cheesesteaks - Shorter

The food is excellent, and the restaurant is very clean. It's conveniently located at the TA truck stop. I had the regular Philly cheesesteak and cheese fries, and I can honestly say there's nothing better!

I had the bold BBQ boneless wings, and they were large and incredibly delicious. I appreciated that they were cooked to order. We will definitely stop by again on our way home. A+!

The staff completely ignored us for about five minutes, and we were ready to leave when they finally made eye contact. We were bracing ourselves for disappointing food based on the cashier's demeanor, but to our surprise, the food was just as good as another well-known Philly chain. Despite the service and the somewhat questionable location, I would definitely return.

The food was good. But some of the staff was very unprofessional. A customer that was in front of me had an issue with his food and the lady in the back was yelling about it. She said PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC very loudly. So I was the next to order and I had my grandmother with me. My grandma was sitting down and she had the receipt. So when they called my number I wasn 't sure if it was me so I kindly asked the lady what was the order and she said I don 't know what your ticket number is . I didn 't respond but I was thinking I know you don 't know what my ticket number is. So at this point I don 't want to talk to her and ask no more questions. But we got our food and I was missing fries but thankfully someone else helped me with that. Our sandwiches were cooked to perfection. And they were so big that we needed a fork. So as I 'm walking up there the same lady that I spoke with earlier is giving me this evil stare. She was WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED MAAM . I said can I have two forks and two knives please? She told someone else to give it to me. So I go to my seat and we are eating and I look over at the menu because I wanted some ice cream but I notice that same lady is giving me this evil stare. So I was nervous and I didn 't get the ice cream. Then she starts talking to her co workers and now another person is looking my way. I felt so uncomfortable that I cut me and my grandmother 's lunch short and we were visiting from out of town. I couldn 't help but think why does she have a huge problem with me. We don 't know each other. Or maybe she thought she recognized me. Maybe I resembled her worst enemy. But whatever the issue was made me very uncomfortable.
