Mcdonald's - Shoreline

Apparently going out of business! They can't afford to give you a side of sauce even after spending $15 on nuggets, so patheticAlso, need to get rid of the girl using the crazy fake baby voice on the drive-thru mic; baby voice doesn't translate well over your walmart-brand speakers

We went through the drive thru because I was nauseous from driving, we were 3rd in line, and we were in line for 32 minutes in total. We finally got to the window to pay, paid waited a while and finally got to the pickup window and they do NOT have our order in the system… the order we JUST paid for, I showed the receipt and she argued with us, a manager finally came to the window and looked at the receipt, date, time, store number, etc. and went to get our items we ordered, when we finally got our order, the fries were literally COLD, cold to the touch, the hamburger was missing all but the bun and patty. We just waited 32 minutes, I didn’t not feel up to waiting in a line again to get my order fixed, we still had a while to drive, It was just a horrid experience, longest I’ve ever been in a drive thru. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant and they very well could have had a bad day, or a horrid customer before us, I’m not sure, it just was the worst I’ve ever dealt with, rude, accused us of lying, cold food.

I visit this location frequently, but I've noticed that the large fries are consistently only half full. It's a good idea to check your order before leaving.

I always receive excellent service whenever I visit. The food is typical of McDonald's.

I had a fantastic meal after a long walk, and the best part is that I didn't have to pay for it—Jim did!
