Checked in during Wedding Reception at Sarji Conventional Hall overall a very good place to stay ....Staff is co-operative, respectful humble....good administration and disciplined hotel....one of it's kind in the hospitality industry...

Not so good or not so bad. The ambience is good. Sufficient parking place. Located in a not so busy place. The quality of food is good, we liked and relished it. Room service is good, but restaurant service little bit to be improved. Totally we enjoyed our stay in Jewel Rock Hotel and enjoyed the food.

My recent stay at Jewel Rock Hotel was mostly enjoyable, with just one minor hiccup. The AC room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They provided excellent room service, and we were able to order food from their menu which included both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the service was prompt. However, the only issue we faced was during our early morning checkout. We had to leave at 5 am, and unfortunately, there was no hot water available at that time to take a bath. This was a bit inconvenient for us, as we had to start our day without a shower. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for us to explore the area, and we were able to return to a clean and comfortable room at the end of each day. Overall, I would still recommend Jewel Rock Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area. The clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent room service make this hotel a great choice for families or solo travelers. However, if you need to leave early in the morning and require hot water for a bath, you may want to check with the hotel beforehand to ensure that it will be available.

In the great hotel the water bottle price is 35. Even after government advised to take the MRP on the water bottles in all the restaurants and hotels. These people keep different additional taxes. From brining one water bottle from services room to the customer they charge 15 rupees. Not any where in the world it is this much costly. The receptionist proudly says that you keep sir in Google review no problem to us. To the next customers visiting here please avoid this hotel or atleast buy ur own bottle.
