I placed an order for pickup at the drive-thru, but when I arrived at 6:00, the drive-thru was closed. This has happened several times, even though the closing time is listed as 9. I have no issue with the drive-thru closing early, but it should not be listed as an option for pickup if it is not available. This can be very inconvenient, especially if you have a broken foot, a baby with you, or are not dressed to go inside. It would make more sense if the drive-thru option was not listed if it is not actually available. Additionally, the pickup service is not quick and the food quality has been mediocre.

This is by far the most filthy Panera I have ever been to. Flys everywhere while I was forced to order at the kiosk because of short staffing. No sodas available, no lids for our cups, floors are sticky, countertops look like a toddlers play kitchen. My sandwhich was supposed to have double meat, and it looks like they double didn’t give me double meat. Will not return. Service: Dine in
