Bidra med feedbackCASH ONLY Look, this may be obvious to those doing lots of research when visiting Japan, but I'm am just here on business so didn't look up that a lot of places are cash only. Now that we are past that, I stopped in for a quick lunch. They offer English menus here! I had about 30 min to eat and run so I ordered the Soba Bento Box. It ran me about $13. Came out in just a few minutes in the middle of the lunch rush. Food was very good. I ate all of it. Came with some tempura, some other cooked bites of salmon, egg and chicken, side of noodles and rice. Pretty standard and very tasty. Here's the thing, this is most likely not the best representation of a Bento Box in Japan. BUT, if you're coming from outside, especially the US, this is orders of magnitude better than anything you would find back home. Servers were very polite with me not speaking any Japanese.
High quality soba, very delicious! Ten Seiro (Cold soba noodle with tempura) is really good! Very old shop more than 100 years old! Really recommended!!!

The best soba restaurant I have been. It’a restaurant with a long and fascinating history, so be sure to read it when you decide to visit it. The service is perfect and the atmosphere is unique.
