Confetti Sweets - Sherwood Park

Confetti sweets has always been my favourite bakery, we come here for pretty much every occasion for our family. However, today I had a terrible customer service experience. My sister, who I haven’t seen in months happened to FaceTime me when I walked into the store. I greeted the person at the front as I was talking on the phone, and when I was ready to order the cupcakes, I put my phone down on the counter to be polite. The person working behind the counter did not acknowledge me once, or say anything to me. After I pay for my order, I said, thank you have a great day, and she completely ignored me. I told her that she was not being very friendly, and she said. “ yeah well you are on your phone.” I explained to her the situation and told her that she was being very rude. She gave me the worst attitude and treated me very poorly. I understand people don’t appreciate when customers are on their phone, however, I made the effort to put my phone down and she was still extremely rude. I am thoroughly disappointed with her customer service, and will not be going back. She was talking poorly to me as I continue to walk out the store with other customers in there. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful and very rude.

The cookies cupcakes are soooo good! I placed my order online was expecting to pick it up the next day. I woke up the next day they had arrived early with my order. Not sure if it was a mistake or a nice gesture but it was a nice surprise to have our treats delivered. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed

The absolute ? best cookies around. I drive 3 hours to get my cookie fix. If you have never tried them, you have to try them, you won't be disappointed. I love the little local makers market they have set up in the front as well. So many amazing things to try.

Great products, have shopped here a few times for birthday and treats for our office staff. Always very well received. I would recommend everyone check it out.

Always so many delicious tasty treats to enjoy! Their cookies are what they are famous for, but they also have other treats as well. My favorite is getting the giant cookie for a celebration/birthday treat instead of a cake! (If you order it in advance, you can have a custom message put on it in icing). This location also has a bunch of other snacks things for purchase from various local vendors that you may find at farmers markets etc. A great place to check out for sure!
