Bidra med feedbackQuick stop to grab an açai bowl. The bowl was great!
Deserve to have 5 stars for acai. But 0 stars for the staff. The ladies are rude. Or maybe because they don’t speak fluent english. I was asking for a milk powder I usually order for several times already but she gave me a different one. I head back and told them that it was the wrong one but they insisted again. Making me feel I am lying. She even “commanded” to throw the “milk powder” (she insisted it was the one) it away in the trash which I did not do. Not even saying SORRY, first for the inconvenience they’ve done. Or even asking what was the one I am trying to look for. I’ve been buying acai in this location and this was the first time I encountered such ill mannered staff.
Such a great and healthy place if you like acai. The customer service here is amazing, the lady helping me was so patient and helpful when I was choosing what I wanted. I don't come here often so I was so confused when choosing some of the options. I went with the medium bowl with mango and for the toppings I got mango, strawberry papaya. I also went and got their desert bowl with acai, mango and strawberry as the topping. The also got 2 empanadas so I chose the chicken and also got the beef as well. The bowls are cold dishes so it's better to eat it right away and not like an hour later. The parking here depends on the time because in the morning it's not busy but at night time, you'll have a hard time finding parking.Customer service: 5 star, the employees are helpful and patient.Food: 5 star, the acai bowls are delicious but just be sure to eat it fresh and not wait.Atmosphere: 5 star, they have some seating inside and limited seating outside.Parking: 4 star, it can be difficult at night time but if you come during the morning or afternoon then you should be able to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly, they have some seats inside and limited seating outsideParking: Parking will really depends on the time you're here. In the morning it should be easy but at night time, it will likely be difficult
I'm seriously addicted to them….I could eat it every day if it wasn't so expensive. I'm annoyed that the prices went up so significantly in the last few months: a small was $8, then it went to $8.50, whatever…..now it's $9.50! Overpriced for sure. But, I love it so much that I go a few times a week. It's the best acai place because you can get as many toppings as you want, versus other places that charge for each one. Their acai itself is tasty bc it's blended with banana and strawberry. I usually get a mix of that and pitaya, sometimes mango. They have nice empanadas too, with several vegan options, but it'[censored] or miss on the freshness sometimes.
Tried 3 empanada flavors. Liked the chick’s salsa verde and sauce it came with. Could not eat the spinach and I ordered a beyond one but received a beyond Philly cheese that I could not eat either. The cheese was overwhelming and oily tasting. Hated it, especially since it was a flavor I didn’t order.Super overpriced too.
