Food tasted good but not hot? we sat in bar area with three dirty tables around us through our lunch. Order was not correct and servicer seemed not to care. Plus $2.10 up charge for chopped beef sandwich.

Corporate needs to get involved immediately. When we walked into Rib Crib, we were directed to the bar even after mentioning we don’t drink, which was fine. Despite the place being barely occupied, we sat for 10 minutes without being offered water or greeted by anyone. The staff was present but too busy chit-chatting. The customer service here is at an all-time low, and this place needs serious help!

Came to Rib Crib to eat, most of the tables were empty, with dirty dishes and no one cleaning them. When we finally got a clean table we were notified they were out of most the stuff on the menu , so instead of asking the waitress to repeat what they were out of, I asked what was left to order. Very disappointing as it was a very limited menu!! If we would have known beforehand they were out of Chicken, Turkey, and Mashed Potatoes we would have went somewhere else before we were seated. Also the cost for what you received for food was terrible. a 3 Rib plate was 3 small pork ribs about 3 in length. and about 10 French fries.

Before heading back to Fort Worth we decided to try this place. Unfortunately, it’s not your typical barbecue restaurant. I am used to seeing the smoker and the ordering at the counter while they chop the meat. This place is more like a restaurant. I had the two meat plate. I ordered the brisket and catfish with mashed potatoes and gravy with green beans. My husband ordered the three meat plate. He ordered the brisket, ribs and sausage with mashed potatoes and gravy and the mac and cheese. The brisket was cold, dry and tough. The ribs were also cold along with the sausage. The catfish had no seasoning. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm. The green beans were only thing that was hot. We also ordered fried pies. We ordered one blackberry and an apple pie. My apple pie was still a frozen and the filling was not good. These are not freshly made. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful.

Worst service that,I've ever had at Rib Crib.Husband,and I seated ourselves.Server asked what we would like to order without even bringing us,a menu.I asked for a menu and she brought one menu not two for both of us.I was seated facing the kitchen and saw a female employee eating from a bowl pacing back and forth in the serving line.Won't be going back anytime soon.Terrible service and not impressed by staff openly eating in the kitchen/cooking area.
