You were right; the drink was indeed $6.30. I rounded it up for the sake of simplicity when explaining. However, I still see a pending charge of $12.60 on my card, and I'm hoping that gets resolved soon. I waited at the window for 8 minutes without receiving any service. The employee said she would try to fix the problem, but since I was on my way to pick up a family member from the airport, I couldn’t wait any longer. I have no regrets about leaving. I recommend that you provide better training for your staff on the register to avoid other customers accidentally being charged a 100% tip as well.

This place offers the best coffee and energy drinks I've ever had, surpassing any I've tried in other states. I've sampled quite a few, and it's surprising how many places don’t even know what Spritzers are! They also have the most beautifully designed cups for sale. Just keep in mind to be patient, as every customer is treated like family here. I always find myself missing them as soon as I leave. Food: 5/5

The Red Bull spritzers here are incredible, and my nephew tried the fresh lemonade and said it was excellent. Thank you, Steph's! His mom loves this place as well. Food: 5/5.

Steph's is Da BOMB. Steph is not only a world-class batista. she is an extraordinary person and everyone that works for her is amazing!!
