Mcdonald's - Shelbyville

I used to go to this McDonald’s often but anymore it seems like they get my order wrong 65% of the time. I used the drive thru yesterday. Waited in the line for about 15 minutes got my order and figured out when I got home (15 minutes away) that they didn’t give me my 10 piece of nuggets! I was angry but at that point I wasn’t going to drive all the way back in. Just glad they got my children’s orders in the bag or it would’ve been anarchy.

Employees should be required to have their long hair tied up or use a hair net. Two counter employees on 4/18/24 morning shift had shoulder length and longer hair who were also handling food. One of the same employees handed a curbside order to a person emptying the trash that didn't wash their hands or change gloves. My sandwich was as ordered, although it was very overcooked.

Can't understand why they consistently don't have Mocha Frappe's? I also don't understand why all McDonalds shut off breakfast at 10:30. Its too soon to quit when you just left church. Too many people settle for having LUNCH AT 10:30 WHEN WHAT THEY REALLY WANTED IS BREAKFAST!! Stop settling people just run to Taco Bell next door they have pretty good breakfast and Iced Coffee too!! NEW TACO BELL BREAKFAST customer!!

Literally the worst mcdonalds we have ever been to. The order is almost always wrong and they take FOREVER. Rude people. We don't go here anymore

DO NOT GO TO SHELBYVILLE McDonald's!!! Food is never hot or the way you order it!!!!! There is no excuse for this business to be even open anymore!!! The service is poor and these kids that are working here do not want to do their jobs right!!
