I had no idea I was going to be ordering something called liver mash. I had the egg breakfast and my son/his friend both had the garbage plate. AdditionallyWe split an order of pancakes because they all looked great.The food was very good, a solid 4/5 but not quite a 5/5. The service was a 5/5 and the bathrooms were 5/5On to the liver mash. You must try. When in Rome do as the Romans do. When in Shelby, eat liver mash. I can’tSay you won’t regret it but I can say you won’t forget it!:

For a small diner, it was really good. Very large portions. It was the people who worked there that makes this place so special. Wonderful!
