Firehouse Subs Shelby

Food has been good the several times ive visited. Staff are friendly as well and service is relatively quick. Drink machine also seems to keep more options stocked than other firehouse locations do which is a big plus!

Too dang expensive. The presentation of food was good but the taste wasn't all that. I told the employee that was my first time visiting and she didn't really suggest anything when I was trying to decide.

Not a good experience. Employees we're rude. Made our orders wrong and had to go back in to get them fixed and they still didn't get it right. Was told sub came with 3 slices of cheese and paid for extra cheese and still only had 1 slice on the sub. We we're traveling so this was a lot more time and issues than we had time to deal with.

Whoa Such a LONG wait for the food. I don’t know the exact wait time but I know it was an unusually LONG wait.

The food was very good.The service was very very bad.My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant and it took 45 mins to get our order.3 people working or should I say we're there.They kept taking orders after ours and everyone waited to the point of asking for back.The food was good but we will never go there again.We had long waits everytime we ate there but that was unacceptable!
