It was freezing in the restaurant, vent blowing on our booth the whole time. Ate with my coat on and hood up.Empty ketchup on the table, empty drinks with hot wings, long wait for (pre-ordered) dessert, long wait for bill. Not enough napkins, ahh hello we're eating wings.Food was good.Next time my family is craving wings, I'll just order them from a local bar instead.
Want to feel like royalty? Andy is a manager here and let me tell you, EVEN WHILE I WAS OUT OF STATE, that man went out of his way to accommodate me. Why I love this place!!!!
The food was decent. When it came time to pay, I handed my card to my server, but she told me to scan a QR code on the table to complete the checkout myself. While I understand it’s not a complicated process, it was rather time-consuming, especially since I had to provide my contact information to finish it. I’m sure they would have accepted my card if I had insisted, but I don’t think it should be my responsibility to handle it this way. It felt like an unnecessary inconvenience.
The customer service was minimal, and the food was just okay. We visited on Friday after 3 PM.
