Sonic Drive-in - Shawnee

I came here for lunch and had a Coney dog, which was really delicious. Today, they have a special on Coney dogs for just a dollar. The service was quick, and the woman who brought us our food was very friendly. I will definitely come back again.

My cheeseburger order was incorrect, and after a lengthy wait, I also didn't receive the cheese sauce for my pretzel, which was the only other item I ordered. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time my order has been messed up.

I pressed the order button twice, and both times it was turned off, with no one coming to take our order. I eventually had to get out of the car and place our order at a picnic table. What has happened to Sonic? It used to be great, but now every visit is a disappointing experience. This isn’t the first or even the second time this has happened. This was your last chance, and we won't be returning to Sonic again.

Unlike the Sonic in Lenexa This Sonic off of shawnee, even though they were understaffed answered us literally immediately and the workers are so nice and sweet. amazing workers and amazing service plus a really nice location I would recommend coming hereover the one in lenexa any day the drive is totally worth it

Terrible staff, yelling at customers via the speakers (I could hear them yelling at other customers from several stalls over)! During my brief visit they lost track of my order TWICE, then said I never ordered in the first place! So disorganized,I wouldn't trust their kitchen to get a diet coke right.
