Mcalister's Deli - Shawnee

I love the menu here! You can make sandwiches of all kinds, salads, dessert, regular chili, turkey chili,...and macaroni and cheese. There are vegetarian decisions. You can go as easy as a grilled cheese sandwich if you want. There's never a great wait. And the server cleanses empty records as you go. Clean, comfortable dining area. I love drinking the Lemonade/Tee as my choice!! The salads are a beautiful portion and can be easily divided by two! The salad is always fresh, and the presentation of food is very appetizing! Great place for a family to lunch / brunch.

Service was good, but this location was severely understaffed and very busy around lunch. Food tasted good, but the wrap I ordered was subpar compared to normal. It tasted good, but for the price the serving was disappointing. It only had two pieces of meat on it and was falling apart.

We usually love eating here but this evening I was a little disappointed when I was charged $3.49 for a dine in kids meal instead of $1.99 like whats advertised! When I asked about it they told me that prices have went up and they hadn't changed the signs yet! Why would u not change the signs if its already in ur system? The food tonight was wonderful but I was not happy about the price change! I even asked to speak to a manager and they never came out! I honestly don't know if we will be coming back

Not my best experience at a McAllisters. No ice so we had to drink hot tea. Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich was mainly lettuce. Very little chicken salad. Tomato was the green core so it was very hard. No pickle. The register scanner wouldn't scan my app so I didn't get the points for the visit. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience

The sandwich I ordered hardly had any meat on it. I will post a photo. I also asked for extra sauce. Didn't get it and asked twice for a pickle, which usually comes with a sammie and it wasn't there.
