Very good all the way around!! Definitely a good place for sushi!!

Quite a tasty experience concerning the food and the ambiance:

We dined at this restaurant 2 times. The rolls here are very tasty, thanks to the chef, I recommend the restaurant, excellent service, delicious beer. One minus is that the rolls are huge and difficult to eat. Please size down for convenience. Thank you.

The Holiday Roll's light, crispy tempura battered tender crab is a great appetizer. The chicken hibachi with stir fried rice is always delicious, well worth driving 1 1/2 hours from Gainesville to enjoy lunch with a friend. When I get Chinese food with stir fried rice, I request 1/2 as much rice. At Fancy Sushi, I could eat a double portion of rice, it's that good. However, my friend asked if tofu could be substituted in the hibachi lunch, the server said no without asking the chef, forcing her to order a dinner portion of teriyaki tofu which looked almost identical to my hibachi chicken, just with teriyaki sauce and a significantly larger portion.Why isn't tofu an option for the hibachi lunch?Vegetarian options: Tofu Teriyaki and Vegetable Hibachi seemed to be the only vegetarian options other than sushi.

Great place, it was busy because it was Christmas, but definitely worth it.
