I purchased coffee and the brew I wanted was empty staff was told about it and got no reply until I asked the second time then told that they were brewing it. So paid for coffee was unable to drink. I wanted to drink it with my bagel. I just don't know how you can not get these places to monitor there supply that is out for people to use. I would that would be a priority for customer service. This was not the first time it has happened when I stopped.
