Jersey Mike's Subs - Shakopee

We order JM almost every Sunday for supper. Twice now our order has been wrong. When I contacted them their customer service (manager) sucked . I am going back to the Savage store. We have never had a problem there.

They make my sub bowl perfect every time! #13 Mike's Way, no tomatoes, EXTRA PICKLES. : They actually give me extra pickles every time. Other locations in the area don't.

First of all, it's disappointing to see people giving one-star reviews just because the restaurant was closed. As for my experience, the staff was incredibly friendly and managed the rush impressively well. It's clear they are going through some growing pains, but given that it was opening week, the experienced team was doing a fantastic job of mentoring the new employees, who seemed eager to learn and enthusiastic. Additionally, this location was well-staffed, which kept the wait time to a minimum. Overall, I see great potential for this restaurant.

I'm thrilled to finally have a JM nearby! I adore this little shop; everyone is friendly and efficient. My food is always incredibly delicious! You should definitely check it out! I also love the interior and the tables—it's such a pleasant little space!

I've visited this restaurant four times now, and each time they've truly made an effort to ensure a great experience. My food has always been perfect. The place is clean, well-staffed, and the young employees are friendly. I originally planned to have tacos at a nearby spot, but since they closed early tonight, it looks like I'm enjoying more Jersey Mike's instead!
