Wendy's - Sewell

This is definitely the best Wendy's in the area! I stopped by tonight at 10:55, not realizing they closed at 11:00. Everything was fresh, hot, and crispy—truly amazing! I've had the same wonderful experience during my last few visits as well. Consistently excellent! This is truly the top Wendy's!!!

I absolutely love Wendy's! We ordered a single burger and a double burger, but my wife wasn't thrilled with hers and opted for a chicken sandwich instead. I ended up enjoying half of her burger because it was so tasty. We also got the Junior Frosty keychain, which gives you a free Junior Frosty with your order—such a nice perk! The soda dispenser is great too. The restaurant was spotless, including the cooking area, tables, and floors; everything was in excellent condition. We come to this location often, and I highly recommend it!

I believe this is one of the best fast food restaurants. I enjoyed a delicious salad that actually included spinach, not just regular lettuce. The service was excellent!

This review is focused solely on the manager and not representative of the entire restaurant. The manager's behavior was completely uncalled for; she actually hung out of the drive-thru window, shouting and banging on the back of my car because my transaction didn't go through. There are far more professional ways to handle such minor issues, and touching someone's personal belongings is definitely not one of them. Her screaming and dramatic antics were excessive and inappropriate. I was about to pull up to the next window to get my food when this occurred. I truly empathize with the employees who have to work with her. If you’re looking to have a terrible experience, I would recommend visiting this Wendy's during the night shift.

Angel is a dedicated customer service professional who made our family lunch a warm and enjoyable experience. When the soda machine in the lobby broke while we were dining, she kindly helped us obtain extra sodas and condiments since we couldn't access the area due to the water issue. Throughout our visit, she maintained a positive attitude and a smile. Wendy's should take note of her exceptional service! The entire staff was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience, managing to work well together even during the lunch rush in a challenging situation.
