Hello I know this pastry from my childhood!!! Indeed I was 5 years old and we went every Sunday to buy the cake at Bladier at Honoré Euzet Street where at Gambetta Street, it was a tradition!!!! We knew the two brothers the father of Michèle held the pastry shop on the street honored Euzet and his father's brother held that of Gambetta Street. They were renowned for Christmas, the branches, the solemn communion for the dredged... etc. they are very nice and pleasant people, their products are excellent and of good quality. They always question themselves in order to improve their products!!!! I recommend them!!! Blanc Marie Françoise
We wanted to discover this speciality: the Frescati. It was a total disappointment. When we arrived the reception was freezing. Moreover, this patisserie is only a succession of sugar, which makes it an unmangeable dessert. I never threw a cake but this one was a first. The glazing is saying coffee is only glucose. Not to mention the meringue being Italian and the famous biscuit which must be a genoese imbibed with water flavored with rum. Pay a little more than 3 euros a pastry shop whose presentation remains more to be desired leads to what we do not renew our visit to this pastry shop. I hope the comment will lead to a radical change on the part of the owner and the pastrymaker.
One of the most amazing pastries is in Sète. Everything is handmade according to the old traditions with great professionalism inherited for several generations. Absolutely world class. I really hope this pastry will last generations to come. In addition, an extremely friendly and enthusiastic service, a unique experience. Bravo!
I took a Vacherin at the Grand Marnier for 6 people. This dessert was hearty, generous and delicious. We all enjoyed each other. Thank you, Mrs. and Mr. Aprile.
