Tonight I went to Why Not for an aperitif. I often went there for Tapas and Paella while today, for the first time, I took part in an aperitif. I ordered the fish trio: very good. Above all, very fresh, delicate and refined. It doesn't weigh you down at all, not like most aperitifs where they bring you fried or cheap stuff in quantities just to fill you up. The people I was with were also satisfied, opting for the vegetarian and meat trio. What can I say, at a very honest price you drink, eat something that you can't find anywhere else and spend time in company. Friendly and smiling service. Smart staff. Highly recommended.
