Bidra med feedbackAlways loved coffee in this restaurant. Today we waited like everyone. A man comes from nowhere, goes to the counter and gets a table. And we need to calm down, because soon someone will give us a table? Forget it. If this is how they treat people who follow their rules as just the coffin where the sun does not shine. We're going to McDonald from now on.
Very nice taste, high quality, good service. It is a very good place to take a breakfast or a bite. It is not the cheapest place, but good value for money.
Great pastries and other items available, all staff we came into contact with were very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend a stop off here if you get the chance. Usually busy which is a good sign!
Great place where they sell different bread and pastries, its fresh, baked locally , very handy for breakfast, or a snack at any hour of the day.
We are a family of four who first knew of Paul's bakery last year when in Nice. We saw it in the Val d'europe shopping centre and thought it would be great to have a stop to have a baguette, coffee and cakes! We went...to the Paul's Restaurant as my husband who has a prosthetic leg needed to sit down, stopped at the entrance to be seated and waited a good 5 minutes although not busy and was noticed by a staff member, she then greeted us in a very rude manner deciding that as we spoke English had said we couldn't be seated!! What! Couldn't believe it so stayed in the queue until a young very friendly girl came and seated us and couldn't do enough for us! The service from her was great and Paul's should be proud she works for them, as for the initial rude lady I'm very sure Paul's will know exactly who I mean as her customer service skills were poor to everyone although everyone else got seated! I won't let it put me off going to a Paul's the next time we are in France but this behaviour should be addressed within this outlet! The food in Paul's is amazing and everyone should know of them.
