In response to the owner after my opinion below 25/10, I checked if I had erroneous in another restaurant... On the disc: a single Saint Georges in Serrières and a number recorded in my recent calls corresponding to that of the restaurant... Unfortunately, sending a screen copy is not possible... and there was someone at the end of the line... In addition, when we arrived, I indicated our booking validated by the person at the reception... As for the described frame of the room upstairs, it is not visible on the site, and the atmosphere even less... Finally, an error is indeed always possible, it is in this case not of our fact, then asks the honesty and correction of the remarks of the management. In conclusion, this state of mind does not correspond to our values, so the owner's answer corresponds to my initial opinion. My comment on 25/10 Having not yet received an apology from the management of this establishment, I would like to share my experience of the evening of Saturday, October 23, 2021 in this restaurant hotel. Reservation made in the morning, we are welcomed at 20:00, scheduled time. A server supports us and proposes to accompany it in the room at our table. After a little wait because of a server exchange with another staff member, he commits us to follow him... outside the room... meaning a reservation problem. He invites us to climb upstairs to the rooms and asks us to wait on a staircase... 5 minutes later, he leads us to the hotel's breakfast room I suppose, neon lighting, decoration to redo, no window... and especially empty... without soul where it has just mounted our table, without any further explanation. He comes out and comes back 5 minutes later to ask us if we want an aperitif, then he disappears again. He comes back with the appetizers and still doesn't offer us a card. We decide to leave this glaucosal and sad place and we ask to settle the aperitives at the reception... hoping for a commercial gesture, or at least excuses for visibly zealous our reservation. The person at the reception is surprised by the announcement of our departure and communicates the price of the consumption. I consider that the least politeness was to apologize at the time of our departure or by telephone because I communicated my number at the time of booking, unless this attitude and lack of professionalism are part of the usual practices of this restaurant. I'm not advising this address.
