Sushi Wok - Serov

I am a guest in Serov, I come to my student daughter, I decided to pamper the child. I have been to the cafe twice. The last time was not very satisfied. There is no bathroom, there is no place to wash your hands, the order was waiting for a long time. Although there are enough staff and there were no people, we were alone. I ordered baked salmon rolls, there was nothing like baked ones. Barely warm. I decided that I would never go to this cafe again.

We made an order at home, waited 3 hours, then an incomprehensible call from the operator followed whether we would have cash or an online bank, (a cashless payment was indicated when placing the order). But there were also pleasant moments, a couple of bonuses, ginger lemonade, rice balls with chicken and free shipping. The taste is not very good, there is something to work on and improve the quality of products. The operator was very accommodating. There would be more such kind people. By the way, the guys from this franchise have their pros and cons, with time I hope the cons will go away
