Order for caramel frappuccino, usually will take it without coffee if the staff didn’t ask. Then the staff here didn’t ask me just make it with coffee. They forgot to make the food just serve it after we ask for it if the food already done

Drive Thru. Slow service. Staff don't even aware or bother to ask for Drive Thru sticker which shld entitled for 10% discounts. What is the point of doing such campaign?

Staff are good, The food are not good. Sorry I can't axcept this reheat food. The noodle very hard. The rice likes broken rice,,, bad taste Hope can improve. It will Influence the brand.
