Bidra med feedbackThis time we had the meatloaf and it was everything others are raving about.
We had been to the Bistro about 5 years ago and had an amazing meal. Today, we drove all the way up from Chehalis to have dinner. We had 4:00 reservations, the first seating. The restaurant was basically empty, and the next group in, with a baby and a dog, were seated right next to us, definitely ruined the mood. We both ordered the king salmon. At best, it was just average, my wife's salsa topping was bland, and my truffle butter was non-existent. The sides, potatoes and vegetables were barely lukewarm, and we were the first seating of the night.
We ate outdoors in the garden surrounded by flowers in bloom and a fountain. When a chill grabbed a hold with the sun setting, soft blankets were brought out. The service provided mostly by Melanie was prompt, intelligent with great humor and considerate of my g/f needs. Kudos to the chef for an exceptional menu with very creative combinations of fresh seasonal ingredients and unique outstanding flavors. Deserts also are light but satisfying and with unique chacteristics. Definitely put this one on the map to return to in the future.
Very nice little winter garden. In the middle of the town of Sequim. The garden looks well maintained with lots of plants. The service was very friendly and competent. The food, we had a salmon on vegetables, a starter of calamari, a wood-fired pizza. Everything very well cooked. Vegetarian options: Why does everyone always ask about veggies? Petty and unwise Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Perfect
Beautiful garden outdoor space to enjoy a sumptuous meal. We ordered the meatloaf wrapped in bacon and salmon entrees with a winter greens salad and calamari starter. Paired our meal with local Washington wines. Finished a wonderful eve with a shaker lemon pie and cheesecake. Friendly wait staff. We love this bistro each time we have come to Sequim.
