Bidra med feedbackWe had been to the Bistro about 5 years ago and had an amazing meal. Today, we drove all the way up from Chehalis to have dinner. We had 4:00 reservations, the first seating. The restaurant was basically empty, and the next group in, with a baby and a dog, were seated right next to us, definitely ruined the mood. We both ordered the king salmon. At best, it was just average, my wife's salsa topping was bland, and my truffle butter was non-existent. The sides, potatoes and vegetables were barely lukewarm, and we were the first seating of the night.
We were lucky to grab a last-minute reservation here on a Saturday. All items we ordered were excellent: gazpacho, summer salad, vegetable fritters, pepperoni pizza, and crème brûleé. Seasoned so well, flavor combinations were surprising and so good. Service was friendly and welcoming. We'll come back if we are ever stopping through again!
We had a great dinner here celebrating a birthday with friends. We had appetizers, mains and dessert. Everything was delicious.I asked for gluten free pasta and they accommodated me. When I asked about dessert they said all the desserts were gluten free except the carrot cake.
The food was quite good but WAY OVERPRICED. Smallest piece of salmon I’ve ever been served At $39 it priced out to over $130 per pound.
Excellent, handmade and organic food, also very child-friendly! We really enjoyed it and the kids ordered a second portion of Meatloaf from the children's menu. My highlight was the Margerita at the end. ? This restaurant is a gem in the area and should definitely be visited! Unfortunately we were just passing through, otherwise we would have gone back.
