Bidra med feedbackEating is very good, we liked the naanbrot. we also tried the samosas. the amount is also good. the service is somewhat slow and there was a problem with the bill, but the quality of the food was good! good option for vegans. they need to ask for the vegan/vegetarian menu. updated by previous review on 2022-09-20
I suggest that they ask for the special vegetarian curry menu, or they will be served coreanized Indian food. the restaurant offers a lot of veggie-friendly foods, some of which can be veganized on request. this separate menu contains a lot of dishes with exotic vegetables, e.g. okra and bitter gourd. I had good experiences with these. when I ordered veganized feeds from the regular menu, but it tasted quite sweet, although we got a lot of different curry dishes. it seemed as if the cooking art was adapted to Korean taste buds. the naanbrot is very thin and the texture is soft and partly crisp, which is beautiful. but also the grundnaan can taste surprisingly sweet. as starter you will fried papadam, which was very salty. Korean rice is also served free of charge, but it is not well done. this place is a beautiful local option if they eat with a group of people who have different eating preferences and no Indian flavor. I know some Koreans who don't like Indian food in general. it is a large restaurant in the cellar of a large building and always seems like a busy restaurant. service can be slow when there are many other guests.
This is my Indian restaurant, because it is just a bus ride from where I live. what I really like about this restaurant is that it has South Indian curries on its menu - what you can not find easily in s. korea. the menu has changed. While there is a separate vegetarian menu, they can order their curries and choose whether they want the sweet or the meat option in the regular menu. then they can determine how hot they want to be their curries. updated from previous review on 2018-10-22
