소이재두 - 서귀포시

Among the places I ate during my trip to Jeju, this restaurant was the best. It's a bit disappointing that it only has a 5-star rating; you can really feel the chef's dedication and pride in their cooking. They provide detailed explanations for each dish, which makes it even more delicious when you understand it. It was also nice that they only accept one group at a time. In any case, words are unnecessary - whether it's Chinese, Western, Korean, or fusion cuisine, the food here is something you've never heard of before. The price compared to the quality of the food is a great deal.
