Firehouse Subs Red Bug

Had issues on the app but I wasn’t aware until I came to the restaurant to pick up food. They helped get my order done and were very friendly. Great place for a quality sandwich.

Bread was old and hard. Sub was not properly made too much sauce not enough chicken and lettuce. Will be switching back to my old location even though is farther for me now.

The turkey sub here was tasty, and the employees were friendly. It was a good lunch visit here.

I've walked into this place multiple times and waited in line for over 6 minutes and every single employee just ignores youI usually love firehouse when the manager is present but when the associates are by themselves they will prioritize anything else over you unfortunately. needs new workers

The food is almost always incorrect in some way or another. Order is routinely messed up and often times it is only when ordering online. Which means theres no way to see the workers make the mistake. I ordered a plane simple ham and cheese sub and ended up with it having peppercorns on it. I couldn't even eat it cause it was so spicy.
