Me-n-ed's Pizza Parlor - Selma

They told me it takes 2 hours for delivery or 45 minutes for picking up when I called down the street, then go in 3 minutes later it changed in 20 minutes for waiting. Always with rude staff.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. It is very dirty and they do not regularly clean their tables and chairs, making it very unsanitary to eat there. I even found hair in my pizza twice. I am too fed up to continue dealing with these issues. Additionally, the management is rude and unprofessional, lacking any form of customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Worst experience I?ve ever had ordering a pizza! Ordered it online and went to pick it, mind you it?s a bit of a drive to go get for me. I get home and start to bite in to the pizza and notice it?s really cold and it tastes a bit odd, realizing it?s very undercooked. The pepperoni even being cold and not looking done as well as the mushrooms. I call to complain and get put on hold instantly, then ask to speak to a manger get put on hold again. Finally, a women comes to the phone and is rude in her tone of voice when I begin telling her the issue. She initially asks if I will bring the pizza all the way back to the store and they will make another. I get frustrated because first I don?t want it anymore because of how awful it tasted and second I?m not wasting more of my gas to drive out to Selma. They offer to deliver but I?ve already asked for a refund multiple times and refused the other pizza plus they don?t deliver to my location anyway. They say they will come out for the uncooked pizza and then give me my refund. I give them my address and after being put on hold a dozen times she finally says we will just give you your refund. Then I proceed to ask when it?ll be refunded to my card and she says she isn?t sure may be 2 to 3 business days so I ask if I doesn?t show up do I call back. She reply?s you can. Then I tell her thank you for your time and she says bye and hangs up the phone. POOR POOR SERVICE!

Second bad experience, Ordered sausage and black olive, got sausage and pineapple! I hate pineapple!! Called them, they were VERY sorry and would have a new one sent right out 2 hours later still no pizza. Called back, supposedly it is there waiting for a driver to deliver it! This is not acceptable, we are done!! This little deal cost me 30 bucks with my tip! And now I?m not waiting any longer, taking wife out to eat! The driver can have it! That is if they we were not lied to!! We were on our way out when drive showed up! He apologized and gave us our COLD pizza (not his fault) So from placement of order and our cold pizza it was over 3 hours,NOT ACCEPTABLE

The food was delicious. Don't like beer, so I didn't use the self-serving beer tap.
