Burger King 28727 - Seguin

I had the number 10 on the menu. The sandwich and fries were great. The drink however was almost straight carbonated water with a little syrup mixed in. After just a few sips, I pitched it. This is not the first time, there have been multiple occasions like this. Please have your employees check those machines. I am not asking for anything, just wanted you to be aware.

Remarkably inept. Always short of staff. Often unable to get an order correct. Often out of basic menu items. On my most recent visit they were NOT taking cash and were out of Coke. Once while waiting 10 minutes for them to correct my order, I went inside only to discover they forgot I was there waiting. Why do I keep going back? Because I love their burgers and chicken sandwich. But, I've experienced this phenomenon for decades; Seguin is where franchises go to experience failture. This may be why Chic-fil-et never came to town; where would they find that top tier staff?

Almost didn't stop due to a few reviews, so glad we stopped. Food was hot, service was great. Dining room was clean. So stop and give them a try!!!

SLOW as hell both times. First time took forever and they forgot my daughters food so I had to drive back after arriving home. Second time we waited 15 minutes without even moving up the long line. We left before ordering. Won't be back here.

So far have been sitting in the drive through for about 25 min and still waiting... Well I finally got our food and I should have sit in line and checked it because the order was wrong when we got home, and it wasn't even good. I had such high hopes.
