Hilltop Deli Sedona

Ordered meatball sub, omg, driest most tasteless meatball sub I ever had. Top of the meatballs brown and hard which tells me a microwave came into play, and like a table spoon of sauce, omg soooooooo dry. I’m a local and if you like sandwiches do not get the meatball marinara. Forgot to mention I get the same meatballs at Costco

The sandwiches and wraps are great. Highly recommend the #17. Pasta and macaroni salad are pretty bland.

I went here yesterday with my bf, we saw all the great reviews and were excited to come here, but we were extremely disappointed. The service was trash and the workers were rude. The guy who took our order had a serious attitude problem and the guy who brought out our food. They all looked like they hated customers and their jobs. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Sedona. Our sandwiches were a huge let down as well.

Hands down best sammiches in Sedona.French dip 20 is my go to. You can get double meat here for an extra $2. The Au Ju is kickass. There's a couple guys here that are amazing as well! I eat here at least once a month.Google has asked me to update because I just got another sammich here. Still yummy.

These guys just don't deserve the good reviews. They turn their phones off if they're busy and don't turn them back on when they slow down. They close early if they feel like it. And there's so much attitude...I had to argue with someone once to get a bag of chips I paid for via Doordash pickup. Told the guy at the counter, he said the girl in back said there were no chips in the order, I said there was, he told her, she flippantly checked the receipt again and told him no (couldn't deign to actually speak with me). I told him I could show him my receipt, he rolled his eyes and told her... she gave a heavy sigh, stomped over to the receipt again, checked again... and told him I had paid for chips. In spite of that they both were treating me like I was stealing from them at this point. It's just one of those places where all the employees think they're the greatest and don't care so much about the actual customers. Sometimes the sandwiches are good. Sometimes they're like the one I got today which was stuffed with slimy and black lettuce. Just gross. Don't think I can support this business anymore.
