Moda Kitchen and Bar - SEDDON

First tried this restaurant two months ago on a friends recommendation. Was very impressed. The chef owner Luca who introduced himself was very helpful with suggestions, also altered the sauce to my taste for a beautiful seafood pasta. Full of flavour, and he has passion for his kraft. Helped us with wine selections also. We returned last night, wanting to impress some friends, who are very fussy. (Luca welcomed us back, which was a nice start to the evening to be remembered from our previous visit) They very impressed with the small (but sufficient) menu. As well as the daily specials. Service is good, an on going improvement to the wine list. Three of us had eye fillet steaks, all cooked to perfection. The pasta dishes excellent. A must to try for the seafood lovers, the Port Arlington mussels, in white wine, chilli garlic, which I had for entrée. perfection. Want be leaving our next visit so long We had heard of the place, with not such great review, however new owners had taken over, and it was suggested we try it, WOW Fantastic food, its all about the quality, not quantity. Small menu, only one or two of each type or meal, IE: one steak (fantastic eye fillet, which was cooked to perfection), a couple of pasta dishes, and seafood. Then they daily specials. We had the Tuscan seafood medley, very nice fresh seafood. The owner is the chef, and very fussy about what he serves up. Wine menu to match, a mix of local, and Italian wines. We will be returning for sure

I discovered Moda while walking past it on a Sunday morning on my way for coffee. Intrigued by the appealing menu and great specials, I decided to go back that night to try it out. I was not let down! The atmosphere was sophisticated yet casual, the wines were amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. Being personally thanked by Chef Luca at the end of the meal was the cherry on top of a wonderful evening. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant!

I went to Moda for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Our waiter Alex provided wonderful, friendly, and attentive service. We were able to taste a few wines before choosing one, and the food was some of the best we've had in Seddon. If you're looking for a restaurant with exceptional fresh produce and great service day and night, this is the place for you! They also have fantastic lunch specials, such as the delicious lamb salad. Moda is a hidden gem in Seddon and I would give it 6 stars if I could. My husband had the fish of the day with mussels, which was amazing. The duck entree is a must order, and the lamb salad is also highly recommended. Give Moda a try and it will quickly become your favorite dining spot in Seddon.

A group of us went to dinner at this restaurant the other night and every single one of us was impressed. The food was of top quality, especially the gnocchi that just melted in my mouth. The staff were attentive and friendly. The coffee was delicious and the polenta cake was amazing – everybody who ordered it couldn't stop raving about it. Thank you for making our night a great one.

What a hidden gem in Seddon! My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch yesterday. The owner and head chef Luca was warm and welcoming, and the restaurant space itself is classic luxe.
