Missing fries and a mchicken went back to get it and the girl working the window said “why are these fatties back?” i asked for my food politely and she starts laughing read her lips she said “they don’t need this food” 0/10 NEVER coming back!
I legitimately only go once a year for a shamrock shake. This is the third consecutive year I've gone that their machine was down, I even ordered ahead this time and downloaded the app to do so. For a multi billion dollar company they're an immense joke, although I shouldn't have expected so much when their mascot in an actual clown.
The food at this particular location is made with consistent quality controls, ensuring that whatever you order will be made exactly the way it always was. Making this a great comfort food classic for any food lover. The service is mediocre. If any complaints arise, they are handled promptly with courteous corrections of any issues that may arise. Free Wi-Fi is a plus for high-speed streaming. A plus for ?music lover's.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access at tables and easy access entrances that are wheelchair friendly.
The bathrooms are very poorly maintained; they don't clean the toilets or mop the floors. The fries are not hot, but rather soggy. The cheeseburgers have more cheese than meat, and the quarter pounder is basically just a cheeseburger. The prices for drinks are too high, and the drive-thru experience is lacking as well.
I’ve had a frustrating experience every time I’ve used the drive-thru. My orders are consistently incorrect, with the wrong food and drinks. After avoiding the place for a while, I decided to give it another shot, but once again, I opened the bag to find the order was wrong! I'm done trying—I won't be returning again!
