Tilth - Seattle

Tilth is our goal for special occasions. The food is amazing every time, and the experience is intimate, warm and interesting in the best way.

We often come to Tilth and are never disappointed. Our last visit, Jubilee, has not disappointed. Steelhead trout was excellent as the mushroom pasta. Desserts always.

Professional service, food preparation and presentation excellent. The truth of a superior culinary experience is the true body satisfaction. I'm still a big fan.

Dinner at Tilth reminded me that I must come more often. Creative, tasty, aesthetically pleasing, and just a wonderful meal. Great and attentive, but not overbearing service; a hard combination to achieve. It was totally quiet when we were there for early dinner, so it would have been very upsetting if we had not been treated as well as we were. A lovely dining experience all around!

I think Tilth has the absolute best food for a Sunday brunch! It was wonderful and everyone ate too much. The scones and toffee waffles cannot be beaten.
