Amazing steaks. Simply the best I've had. A wide variety with changes every day and a staff that is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyable to hang out with. Amazing from start to finish, apps to dessert. I can't remember ever having a better burger than this one. The wagyu bavette was also perfectly seasoned and cooked. It didn't need the sauces, but they made it even better. Great cocktails and dessert to boot. Make the trip to this place. Go for a walk up at the park after, to burn off some of the meat and booze. You will not regret it.

Probably one of the best steaks I 've ever had. Got the Wagyu Bavette, was darn near fork tender, and the foraged mushrooms were just fabulous with the cured egg yolk. The signature cocktail The Shambles Nut is a must have to go with such a fine meal. I will return.Food: 5/5

We went to this spot a few times when it originally opened it, and it was a one-of-a-kind joint with mouth-watering selections for any omnivore.First time under the new ownership was not great. The food was still really good, but we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for it, then my wife's entree showed up, followed a few minutes later by our appetizer. 10 more minutes go by. Only after finding our server and asking if/when my dinner would arrive, did it finally show. Meanwhile, the folks at the next table sat down after us, ordered before us, got their food WAY before us, and left as I was starting to eat. After asking for the check, and receiving it, 15 minutes went by before I had to go find the server again.This was NOT a busy night. We might give it another go, but another experience like that and we're out. Good luck!
