Sushi Kappo Tamura - Seattle

I made reservations ahead of time for a special occasion. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was clean and modern. I really enjoyed the lychee martini, it was fresh and delicious.

The food at this restaurant is mediocre and overpriced. The service was satisfactory, with no complaints. However, there is a 20% service charge included in the bill. The ambiance is pleasant, but that is the only positive aspect.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Sushi Kappo Tamura last weekend. It was our second time dining there and, as always, it was exceptional. The quality of the sushi is outstanding, and the oysters are delicious.

Superb sushi omakase fantastic not as good as sushi kasiba, but much easier to get a reservation, I would go back in a minute!

We were there last night (1/24). our server was excellent. unfortunately cannot remember his name. we sat in the room to the right when you came in and pierce the curtains. Maybe that would help. the food was as good as we remembered since we were not there in time. a very pleasant evening. it would be nice if they had more alcohol-free options, such as a NA beer, or a few beautiful mocktails. this is my only suggestion to make my experience better. Thank you.
