Pho Viet Anh - Seattle

I've visited this restaurant a few times and have consistently enjoyed my experience. The portion sizes are quite good for the price. I've only tried the steak brisket pho, but it’s really excellent. They also serve the food quickly. The Thai iced tea was quite good as well.

Fantastic pho! This place, along with Pho Bac, ranks among my top favorites in Seattle. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh, and the service is outstanding.

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends, all eager to try Pho for the first time. Since I don’t eat beef or pork, finding chicken Pho can be quite challenging. I went in with no expectations and left feeling satisfied and excited to return. The chicken Pho was excellent; I particularly appreciated the thinly sliced chicken, which had a fantastic texture. The broth was light yet full of flavor. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to include more meat in the soup. I also ordered Thai tea, which I found enjoyable, though not the best I’ve ever had. Overall, the food was delightful, and I would definitely recommend this place in the future.
