Nice To Meet Chew At Rob Roy - Seattle

At the recommendation of another bartender, we stopped in at Rob Roy for some cocktails. What a delightful treat. Ewan was excellent as our bartender (although he’s more of an artist). Starting with asking about our preferred liquor, he built our cocktails from that base. They also carve their own ice which was a nice touch. I had the Old Soul which was delicious. Highly recommend if you enjoy bourbon.

Super cool cocktail spot. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommendations: Gin old fashioned.

Heard about this bar from Last Call by Brad Parsons. The drinks are so well balanced and are excellent twists on the classics. Ewing was a wonderful mixologist, providing great conversation and even better drinks. His recipes are the highlights of the menu and treat yourself to a dealers

Fantastic cocktail bar in Belltown. Their drinks are excellent, but I would advise against getting food there. One of my favorite bars in the city!
