Honest Biscuits - Seattle

They love the options over the board. they stand alone cookies without price, with lenses pure gravy or field roast sandwich! the cookies are a ted on the dry side, so I would personally go for the sandwich that makes it really good.

Had the vegan biscuit sandwich fieldroast, Chao cheese, pickled onion, arugala and mustard. It was delicious. No vegan biscuits and gravy on the menu that we saw.

Came here for some breakfast and really wish we’d gone somewhere else! There were 2 clearly marked vegan items (biscuits and gravy and sandwich). My husband and I ordered both to try. I don’t know if it’s the type of biscuits that are used over here or what but they were very dry and crumbled/broke apart with every bite. The sausage gravy was good but overall I feel like the biscuits and gravy I make at home are better. The sandwich was also good but again the biscuits were not great so it kind of ruined it.

We ordered the vegan biscuit with butter and the vegan sandwich with gravy on the side. Both were delicious, despite the significant wait times. I wish they had more vegan options with their biscuits so that I could eat more of them! With some of the closings of shops in Pike Place, it was not clear where Honest Biscuits was located, but we happened upon it while meandering towards the bay view. There was no signage for the location to direct you from other populated areas of the market.

Get the vegan biscuit sandwich with a cup of the vegan gravy for dipping. Absolutely divine!
