Bidra med feedbackAs for the coffee, it was just okay. However, I strongly advise against ordering pastries from the shelf. While I was waiting (yes, still waiting), I noticed a pretty significant number of fruit flies buzzing around the unwrapped food. There’s no door behind that display counter to keep the bugs out, which was quite off-putting. I had intended to order a scone but opted for a packaged sandwich instead. Unfortunately, I won't be returning here. I might check out their Bothell location to see if it's cleaner! It’s disappointing, as I had been eager to try this local coffee spot. On a brighter note, they do have an app and a rewards program.
The teas here are amazing—definitely give the chai a try! The cold brew coffee is also a standout. However, I feel the food could be healthier; the breakfast sandwiches are quite fatty. On the plus side, the atmosphere is lovely and the service is top-notch.
I visit this restaurant every day I work at the hospital. Since the manager Christina left a few weeks ago, I've noticed some unfavorable changes. The lines are longer, wait times have increased significantly, and the cleanliness of the place has declined. Additionally, the food displays are not as appealing and often poorly stocked; for instance, the breakfast burrito I used to enjoy is frequently unavailable. I hope the situation improves soon.
Uhhhhh where's Christina???? I had the WORST service today.... Like who are these random people who are clearly not very well trained..... and can we bring back the tapatío???? Hands down the best barista and now she's gone. :
